Shipping

Free delivery in Phnom Penh on orders over $25. Flat fee of US$2 for delivery anywhere else. You may also arrange to pick up your order at our headquarters at House 52A, Street 464, Toul Tom Poung 2, Khan Chamkamorn, Phnom Penh.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

International orders may take 2-6 weeks depending your location. Please contact us ahead of time to review shipping options and costs.

Due to reduced air travel caused by COVID-19, international orders are likely to be delayed. Length of delay will depend on receiving country and its current Covid situation, restrictions and quarantine rules.

We will send an email confirmation after that includes tracking information once your package is shipped.

Returns

We really hope you love your Cambodia Knits goodies, but if you receive your items and they are not what you expected, we will issue a full refund. Please return to us with a copy of your invoice within 30 days. The return postage is your responsibility so please used a tracked method. We aim to process and refund returns within 5 days of receipt.

If you receive an item that’s faulty upon delivery, please send us a photo and we’ll send  then we’ll send you a replacement as fast as we can. Please email us at info@cambodiaknits.com to get the exchange started.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges of sale items.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for refunds to be processed through the payment gateway you used. If you have not received your refund please contact us.
